The Andalusian Experience
This magnificent traditional Hacienda can be found in the picturesque village of Chiclana. The ‘Andalusian Experience’ offers you the opportunity to taste and discover the very best that’s this wonderful region of Spain has to offer.
On arrival you will receive a glass of sherry and take a guided tour of the Hacienda, this is then followed by a fun and interactive Paella cooking demonstration by a local professional chef. At the end of the cooking display you can enjoy the prepared Paella with some Tapas such as mussels, olives, Andalusian potato salad, Picos and bread and with a few glasses of the DO wines from the nearby vineyards outside on the garden terraces of this delightful Hacienda.

After this watch a spectacular horse show, rider and horse in perfect harmony and experience the passion and the thrill of Flamenco dancing accompanied by a solo guitarist, the traditional song and dance of the gypsies of Andalucía.
This is a truly unique experience which combines all the very best Andalucía has to offer.
