A Taste of Andalucia
At a wonderful Hacienda in the picturesque village of Chiclana learn the secrets of traditional Spanish cooking with a local chef.
On arrival you will receive a glass of sherry and take a guided tour of the Hacienda, this is then followed by a fun and interactive Paella cooking demonstration by a professional chef using local ingredients fresh from the markets.

At the end of the cooking display you can enjoy the prepared Paella with some Tapas such as mussels, olives, Andalusian potato salad, picos and bread and with a few glasses of the DO wines from the nearby vineyards outside on the garden covered terraces of this delightful Hacienda.
A fun and interactive cooking experience, savoring the tastes o f Andalucía with prepared menu receipt sheets for you to take home.
