Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Once a contract had been
entered into with Cadiz & Beyond then our Terms and Conditions form part
of that contract.
TOUR PRICES
The tour and travel service prices are based on groups. If the group falls
below the minimum number of people then Cadiz & Beyond reserves the right to
cancel that service and offer an alternative service or increase the price on
the selected service.
TOUR PROGRAMME & PRE PAID ACTIVITY VOUCHER
The Tour Programme and the Pre Paid Activity Voucher details what the group
should accomplish and should not be considered as a contractually binding on
the part of Cadiz & Beyond. Therefore any changes in the itinerary that may be
caused by delays, mechanical breakdown, weather, sickness or other
unforeseeable circumstance no refund or compensation will be given. It is
therefore a condition that when joining the tour or travel service as described
in the Tour Programme and the Pre Paid Activity Voucher that you accept that
delays and alterations with resulting consequences, comfort or disappointments
are possible.
RESPONSIBILITY
Cadiz & Beyond provides the means of fully insured and licensed
transportation and are subject to each contracting agents own Terms and
Conditions which can be provided on request. Any other additional services
provided are similarly subject to all terms and conditions under which such
services are contracted to Cadiz & Beyond. Cadiz & Beyond will not be held
responsible and or accountable in any way for the theft and or damage in any
form of personal belongings either from vehicles owned, subcontracted to a
third party, or hired by Cadiz & Beyond for the purpose of the tours, travel
services and during the street walking tours. It is the responsibility of the
customer to guard against and take all necessary precautions to prevent loss,
damage and or theft of their personal belongings. Baggage is at owner's risk
throughout. Cadiz & Beyond will not offer compensation in this case or accept
any liability. It is recommended that customers should take out their own
travel, medical and accident insurance.
LIABILITY
Cadiz & Beyond shall accept no liability for any injury, death, accident,
or delay that may be caused by either reason or default of any company, agent
or person engaged in carrying our arrangements for the tour or travel services.
Furthermore no responsibility can be accepted for any additional expenses
incurred by the passengers due to delays, omissions, changes in the schedule,
improper documents carried by the passenger, or by any act of government or any
authority, strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest, acts of God. It is recommended that customers should take out their own
travel, medical and accident insurance.
PAYMENT
Tour and Travel Service fees will be paid 30 days in advance of the
departure date. Any additional costs such as, but not inclusive, entrance into
museums, featured visits, coffee, lunch and hotel bills will be met by the tour
member unless it is stipulated in the Tour Programme or Pre Paid Activity
Voucher provide by Cadiz & Beyond. Cadiz & Beyond will not be responsible or
liable for any additional payments outside of those described in the Tour
Programme or Pre Paid Activity Voucher.
AIRPORT & PORT TRANSFERS
If airline flights and or cruise ship (port) arrivals are delayed then we
wait until the group has arrived up to a maximum of three hours from the time Cadiz & Beyond is contracted to arrive. However, there is an hourly charge for
the additional waiting time. For each additional hour the cost is 90 euros plus
local tax.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% refund will be made if cancellations are made in writing 14 days
prior to the tour or travel service departure date, thereafter this time 100% of the
tour cost is non refundable. No refunds will be made for any unused services.
